Returns and exchanges


I need to return my purchase, is it possible?

If you need to make a return, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. You can send it by post mail or by the shipping company you want and when the package arrives to our store, we will do a refund the money in about 15 days.

The address to which you have to ship your return is:

*The shipment has to be delivered to our warehouse, if the selected transport agency does not deliver it to Grupo Garvalin, we are not responsible for additional costs and problems in returns


I need to make a change, how can I do it?   

Of course! In our online store you can make returns for exchange.It's very easy!

  • Return the products you don't need: You can send it by post mail or by the shipping company you want
  • Make a new purchase with the model you want and the correct size. This new purchase will be sent in the usual times.
  • When we receive the products that you have returned to us in our offices, we will refund the amount


IMPORTANT! Always attach a copy of your order invoice inside the shipping package so that we can identify it when it arrives at our warehouse.




  • Returns outside the EU will have a surcharge of 35€ we will deduct from the amount to be refund.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expenses
  • Returns period will be 10 working days from the package arrival to our warehouse. 
  • Refunds will be made to the same account payment was made.
  • Goods should be returned in the same conditions they were sent, without being used and in its original package as well as with the labels that may have.
  • Place the shoebox and a copy of the invoice in a plastic bag or other cartoon that may protect the products during shipment. Please remember that, without a copy of the invoice, your order can not be identified and refund will keep pending. 
  • Change size for another pair of the same model and color, if still available in stock as of request this change. Remember that if you wish to make an exchange for any reason, you must first make a return then, make a new order.
